My experience at the hotel was quite a mix. While the architecture and overall beauty are impressive, the service left a lot to be desired. The pool area is lovely, and I enjoyed the breakfast, but improvements are needed in communication and attention to guests' needs.

Rooms
6.0
We had a suite that wasn't as spacious for storing luggage as I would have liked. It felt cramped living out of our suitcase.
Service
5.0
The service was inconsistent, especially at the front desk. I had to remind them multiple times for taxi arrangements, and the communication barriers with the staff were frustrating.
Location
8.0
The hotel is in a decent spot, allowing easy access to both the old town and the beach.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast offered a good range of options, but I wish they had more vegetarian dishes available.
Facilities

The pool area was stunning and provided a nice atmosphere for relaxation.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, enjoying not only the beautiful historic architecture but also the luxurious breakfast buffet that set a fantastic tone for each day. The rooftop pool and terrace were absolute gems, with lovely views of the surrounding area. However, the noise from the club nearby and the limited dining options for our half-board deal were slight drawbacks during our stay.

Rooms

Our suite was spacious and beautifully appointed, featuring a comfortable double bed and a hidden TV in the mirror. It also had a private balcony that added to the charm of our stay.

The service throughout our stay was attentive and professional, making sure we felt pampered and taken care of.
Location
9.0
Located in lush parkland, the surroundings were serene and picturesque, perfectly situated between Las Canteras beach and Vegueta.
Dining

The breakfast was exceptional with a great variety of fresh and high-quality options, but I wished there were more choices for our main meals on half-board.
Facilities

The wellness facilities, including the luxurious rooftop pool, were well-maintained and contributed greatly to a relaxing environment.

My stay at this resort was truly delightful, filled with exceptional comfort and amenities. The rooms offered a fantastic retreat, featuring large bathrooms and lovely balconies for unwinding. The breakfast buffet stood out, boasting a variety of fresh options that kickstarted my mornings perfectly. However, I did find the noise from the nearby nightclub to be quite disruptive at times, which slightly tarnished the overall experience.

Rooms

The rooms were well-kept, spacious, and included modern facilities in the bathroom, alongside a comfortable balcony for relaxation.
Service

The service was commendable with staff making great efforts to enhance our comfort, though check-in and check-out could be more streamlined.
Location

The hotel is set in a beautiful park, making it an attractive spot for nature lovers, however, it's a bit of a trek to the main attractions of Las Palmas.
Dining

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, with stunning architecture and a luxurious breakfast that stood out. However, the issues with service inconsistency and bathroom privacy dampened the experience a bit. The facilities were well-kept but could use some more options to enhance relaxation further.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, featuring a large balcony which was perfect for enjoying the surroundings.
Service

While some staff were excellent, I found that service varied depending on who was attending.
Location

The breakfast was impressive, with a great selection of fresh items including tropical fruits and local delicacies.
Facilities

The rooftop pool was a highlight, providing a peaceful retreat, but some wellness facilities were not open yet.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Las Palmas, and while it had some beautiful features, my experience was a bit mixed. The breathtaking architecture and luxurious breakfast stand out, but the ongoing renovations and noise from the nearby club made for a less than ideal stay. Despite some lovely aspects, I found the limitations in dining options and the noise level to be significant drawbacks.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were well-appointed with interesting lighting, but I did find some issues with storage space. My upgraded mini suite was an improvement but still felt crammed for a five-star facility.
Service
8.0
The team made great efforts to ensure my comfort, though at times they seemed inexperienced. I appreciated their willingness to assist when needed.
Location
6.0
The hotel is located near the working port, which can be quite noisy, especially with the renovation and the disco across the street. It’s not ideal for peace seekers.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was truly magnificent with plenty of delicious options, but I found the dinner menu limited for a longer stay.
Facilities
6.0
The wellness facilities had some lovely features, but they weren’t fully operational yet, which was disappointing for a five-star establishment.
